Just ball park figures how much does it cost to rent out a comerical strip unit? You may see commicial strip malls with a food lion or farm fresh as a center piece, and some run down stores with even a martial art studio in there some where. How much does it cost to rent out one of those units. Any ideas?
By the way. I reside in Virginia Beach. So if y'all have any quotes from that neck of the woods I would appericate it.

Looking for approx. numbers?
Prices can be all over the map. Depends on traffic flow, sq footage you are looking for etc.
In Virginia Beach the cheapest I saw was $12 a sq ft,
the most I saw was $26 a sq ft. per year. and not counting utilites. Might also be extra for property taxes, etc.
