I don't know of full service martial arts store in Metro Manila. The only place I have found that carries a lot of gear is listed under Musical Instruments in the Manila Yellow Pages. It is in Quiapo and the only Music store that is also listed as a Sporting Goods store.

you can go to the K-1 Store in Gilmore avenue:
(take Ortigas avenue going to Xavier, just go straight. go past the intersection with a gas station on your right, %26amp; then as you pass the intersection look to your right. the K-1 Store is there.)
or, you can to to this place in Libis:
(it's just before the entrance of Eastwood. take C5 going to Katipunan, %26amp; as you approach Honda Cars there stay to your right. there are banners that point to that shop, they have gear there as well as a training center.)
